General questions about the service

What services does see4service offer in its service portal?

In the service portal you will find information, downloads, FAQs and support for CNC machines, software, training and technical support . The goal is to offer you quick and efficient help for self-help or to optimally prepare for support.

For which machines and manufacturers does see4service offer support?

We primarily support machines and systems from the InfoTEC environment as well as related CNC technologies. For special cases or third-party systems, we are happy to individually assess whether and how we can assist.

Is there a charge for support?

Initial consultations and general information in the service portal are free of charge.

Specific support services (e.g. remote support, programming, training) are provided by individual arrangement.

Remote Support & Remote Maintenance

How does remote support work?

Remote support is usually provided via TeamViewer. After scheduling an appointment, you grant us access to the PC of your CNC machine so that we can provide you with targeted support.

Does TeamViewer need to be permanently installed?

No. TeamViewer is only needed for the support session. However, we recommend starting the program once before the appointment to avoid delays.

Is remote access secure?

Yes. Access is granted exclusively with your permission and can be terminated by you at any time. There is no unattended access. TeamViewer itself uses strong encryption and features such as two-factor authentication (2FA).

Training & Commissioning

What training courses does see4service offer?

We offer basic and advanced training, individual user training and commissioning – on site, via remote training or at our premises.

What are the advantages of on-site training?

You work directly on your own machine with your own materials, tools, and programs. Newly created programs can be tested and optimized immediately.

Step 1: Define your request

Please document your issue, the affected machine, and any current error. The more precise the information, the faster we can help.

Step 2: Prepare remote access (TeamViewer)

Install TeamViewer on the PC of your CNC machine and provide the access data. This will allow us to access your system directly if needed.

Tip: Starting TeamViewer in advance saves valuable time in support.
