TPA List Converter

The TPA List Converter transfers data from text or Excel files into existing program structures of TPAEdi32 or TPACAD. Data and position information from CSV or TXT files can be freely assigned to variable TPA programs. Work preparation creates order lists for items such as doors, cabinets, acoustic panels, and much more. The machine operator retrieves the relevant order via barcode or order name, confirms the production progress, and the machine processes the order, which may consist of one or many parts. The assignment of data from work preparation to the programs can be independently extended or modified at any time, should fittings, dimensions, or manufacturing processes change. Work preparation does not require knowledge of the TPA-controlled machine or manufacturing details. The creator of the TPA programs (machine operator) and/or the work preparation determine parameters such as drilling and milling feeds and all necessary manufacturing parameters.
